1.Owners are invited to join one of the following committees (limited to 8 Owners only):
Architecture/Landscape Permits (Linda Harang)- Review owners request for changes to Common and Limited Elements and make recommendations to the Board
Finance/Budget (Al Lafaye) - Review, analyze and propose Operating Budget to Board
Social (Patsy Phipps) - Coordinate quarterly parties for the Owners
Community Master Plan Architecture/Landscape/Infrastructure (Roma Gibson-King) - Propose and discuss plans, guidelines, and cost to Board on improvements to Achitecture /Landscape/Infrastructure within Audubon Trace

2. Fines for fiscal year 7/1/010 -6/30/11 are as follows:
a) Condo fee paid after the 15th of the month - $50.00 per offense
b) Rules violation – minimum of $20.00, but determined by the Board based on severity of offense.
c) “Failure to Report” (re: certificate of resale) - $50.00 per offense
3. Three Board Members from the 2009/10 Board (Stephanie Prunty, Sara Bugbee and Roma Gibson-King) will continue to serve on the 2010/11 Board until the Board makes a decision on how to fill these open positions.
