1. Owners are invited to join one of the following committees (limited to 8 Owners only):
Architecture/Landscape Permits (Chairperson Sara Bugbee/Vice-Chairperson Sue Marchal) - Review owners request for changes to Common and Limited Elements and make recommendations to the Board
Finance/Budget (Chairperson Teva Ostarly/Vice-Chairperson Stephanie Prunty) - Prepare and present annual operating budget and capital budget. Review expenditures and contracts and make recommendations to the Board.
Community Relations and Social (Chairperson Sue Marchal/Vice-Chairperson Pat Traina) - Make recommendations to the Board in the area of promoting the community spirit of Audubon Trace. This includes, but is not limited to, getting feedback from Owners on ideas and suggestions for improvements at Audubon Trace and welcoming new homeowners; providing them with information on the rules and regulations of the Association and coordinate social events for the Owners.
Long Term Planning (Chairperson Richard Tate/Vice-Chairperson Sara Bugbee) - Discuss and propose to the Board any improvements to the Architecture, Landscape and Infrastructure within Audubon Trace with a recommendation on how to pay for the proposed improvements.

2. Fines for fiscal year 7/1/11 - 6/30/12 are as follows:
a) Condo fee paid after the 15th of the month - $50.00 per offense
b) Rules violation – minimum of $20.00, but determined by the Board based on severity of offense.
c) Failure to request Certificate of Resale - $50.00
